Date Range Slider
This plugin enables a designer to add a date range slider filter on the dashboard area, providing the end user with the ability to dynamically scroll and select a begin and end date, then click an apply button which will affect the rest of the dashboard. This is a new and easy way to provide a smooth filtering experience for date ranges upon the dashboard area, instead of from the filter panel. The resolution of the date element can be Year, Quarter, Month, Week or Day.
In the near road map, the end user will be able to toggle between date resolution and select the date range they would like to utilize, from Year, Quarter, Month, Week or Day on the fly.
This dynamic date range slider can be placed anywhere on the dashboard area as seen below.
